Terms, billing & privacy
How a purchase works
- Create your account — every new account starts with a 7-day free VIP trial (full VIP features included).
- Choose a plan (Starter, Premium Pro or VIP) and a billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- New subscribers get their first month freeon any paid plan — you're charged $0 today and the plan price only begins after the free month ends.
- You're redirected to our secure payment provider (Stripe) to enter card details.
- The price shown is the plan price; applicable sales tax is calculated by Stripe based on your location and added at checkout, so your final total may be slightly higher. No hidden fees are ever added beyond the plan price and that tax.
- Payment is verified before any plan is activated — a declined or failed charge never unlocks access.
- Once payment succeeds, your plan and digital cards are activated immediately.
- Optional credits (— $3.99 for 1, $14.99 for 10 edit credits, or $24.99 for 10 new cards + 10 edits —) can be bought anytime to add extra cards or edits. Sales tax is added to these at checkout too.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments or credit purchases. Please use the free trial to evaluate the service before subscribing.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan is not refunded but stays active until the end of the period you already paid for — you keep full access until then. After that date the subscription simply does not renew and your cards become inactive.
Account retention
When your subscription ends or you cancel, no further action is taken on your account and no new charges are made — it simply becomes suspended and your cards go inactive. Suspended accounts, along with their cards and data, are kept for 90 days so you can reactivate at any time without losing anything. After 90 days of inactivity, the account and all associated cards and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Privacy & personal data
Your personal information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties. Card data is only shown on the public link you choose to share, and an expired card is fully hidden behind a lock screen. We use your data solely to operate the service.
