App Store (iOS) declarations
The disclosures below apply to the Cardly NFC Scanner app on the Apple App Store (iOS). They are provided to meet Apple App Review requirements and to satisfy the required links for app metadata.

Auto-renewable subscription terms
Cardly NFC Scanner offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Every new account starts with a 7-day free VIP trial with full VIP features. The available subscriptions, their length and price are:
- Starter — monthly ($4.99 per month) or yearly ($49.99 per year).
- Premium Pro — monthly ($11.99 per month) or yearly ($129.49 per year).
By subscribing you acknowledge the following:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price stated above for your plan.
- Subscriptions can be managed by you, and auto-renewal turned off, in your account settings on the store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- All prices are in USD; prices in other regions may vary with local taxes and store pricing.
Managing & cancelling subscriptions
iOS: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions, then select Cardly NFC Scanner to change or cancel. Android: open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, then select Cardly NFC Scanner. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for and no refund is issued for the current period.
Terms of Use (EULA) & Privacy Policy
Use of Cardly NFC Scanner is governed by our Terms, billing & privacy and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Your personal information is never sold, shared or disclosed to third parties; it is used solely to operate the service.
Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated cards and data at any time by contacting or emailing cardlynfcscanner@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. In addition, if a subscription ends or is cancelled, the account is suspended and its cards and data are retained for 90 days, after which everything is permanently and automatically deleted.
Data we collect & how it is used
We collect only what is needed to run the service: your account details (name, email), the content you add to your digital cards, and basic app/diagnostic data. Card content is shown only on the public link you choose to share, and an expired card is hidden behind a lock screen. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. Payments are processed by Stripe and the app stores; we never store your full card number.
Device permissions
- NFC — used only when you choose to read, write or reset an NFC tag. Cardly NFC Scanner never scans tags in the background.
- Camera — used only if you scan a QR code or add a photo to a card. Images are used solely for your cards.
Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Cardly NFC Scanner is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple or Google.
