Effective September 14, 2026 1. WHERE WE SHIP We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO. We do not currently ship internationally. 2. CARRIER AND SERVICE Orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, unless a different service is shown at checkout. 3. HANDLING TIME Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. 4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and the carrier controls the actual transit time. 5. OUR 30-DAY SHIPPING COMMITMENT In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), we ship within the time stated above, and in any event within 30 days of receiving your order. If we cannot ship in time, we will email you before the deadline with a revised date and the option to cancel for a prompt full refund. If you do not respond to a first delay notice, we will keep your order open only until the revised date; if we still cannot ship by then, we will cancel and refund you automatically. 6. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion is shown on the product page or in the cart. 7. TRACKING A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created. 8. ADDRESS ACCURACY We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will refund the item price minus the original postage, or reship once you have paid postage again. 9. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL Severe weather, carrier backlogs, and public holidays can delay delivery. We will help you trace a delayed parcel; see section 10 of our Refund & Return Policy for lost parcels. 10.
